La calidez y el relax propios de la vida mediterránea también se respiran en la butaca Nanna. Diseñada y producida artesanalmente en Mallorca, presenta sinuosas curvas femeninas y una amplitud de sillón que le aportan armonía y confort.

El uso de madera de roble FSC* para la estructura y del yute como fibra natural para el asiento -cordado a mano- hacen de la butaca un producto con consciencia medioambiental. Además, ambas técnicas empleadas para su producción (carpintería y cordado en yute) se desarrollan en los pueblos de Manacor y Lluchmajor respectivamente, dando importancia a la proximidad de la manufactura. 

En definitiva, la butaca es una clara apuesta por el producto, diseño y trabajo local de la isla.

*Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) es una organización internacional no gubernamental dedicada a promover la gestión responsable de los bosques del mundo. Desde su fundación en 1994, FSC ha ido creciendo hasta convertirse en el sistema de certificación forestal más respetado y extendido del mundo.

Paula Chacartegui (1995) is a Spanish designer. After graduating from IED (2018) she worked as an intern for Martí Guixé (2018-2019) and Marcel Wanders (2019). It was during this time when she specialised in the field of crafts and got her Masters of Luxury & Craftsmanship diploma from ECAL (2019-2020). Since then, she is working in Spain as a product designer for the interior design studio am29 where she designs indoor and outdoor furniture, lighting and textiles. Her work ranges from product design to installations and conceptual pieces, where she has collaborated or worked for companies like Alessi (IT), La Prairie (CH), Systemtronic (ES), Marsotto (IT) and Isimar (ES). She was a designer-in-residency at Light Art Como (2017), she won the second price of JOYA Barcelona Fair (2018) and was finalist for the ItMakes competition (2020). She has exhibited in Milan Design week (2018/2021), Museum Arnhem (2020) and has been published in magazines such as Wallpaper, Wohnrevue, Experimenta Magazine and Neo2.
